Their winning paper Evaluators and the Enhanced Commonwealth Performance Framework was published in Evaluation Journal of Australasia (EJA), September 2018.

AES president John Stoney and past president Lyn Aldermen presented Dave and Brad the award at the Department of Finance, Canberra. John said the prize recognised the paper’s contribution to the Australian evaluation community.

‘The award is significant within the evaluation community and it’s not often we give this one out, so it demonstrates the quality Brad and Dave produced,’ John said.

Dave and Brad said they felt honoured to receive the award.

‘We feel privileged to be given the opportunity to publish in a peer reviewed publication. We were surprised and humbled when we learned our efforts were recognised with a distinguished award,’ Dave said.
