HUB – the SDO’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution is designed to support our clients and integrate functional business processes such as HR, financials, procurement and business intelligence reporting. Being on the HUB platform has positioned the SDO for sustainable growth and consolidation. It allows for systematic controls and achieves transparency in our processes, in line with government objectives and policies.
The SDO uses the SAP HANA environment to provide clients with a responsive user interface through the use of Fiori apps and customisable interface to optimise client experience.
