Entity staff should note that the act of grace mechanism, waiver of debt mechanism, and the Scheme for Compensation for Detriment caused by Defective Administration (CDDA Scheme) have different considerations.
The act of grace mechanism is not used to review matters declined under the CDDA Scheme.
