National Telepresence System (S01.01.01)
The National Telepresence System (NTS) is a secure, high definition, digital video conferencing system that provides a high-quality spatial audio and video experience for its users. The NTS service operates on the Ministerial Communications Network (MCN) and enables meetings up to and including the security classification of SECRET.
Products Included:
- Personal Telepresence Device (PTD) S04.01.03 - a Monitor sized desk top video conferencing device.
- Standard Telepresence Device (STD) S04.01.02 - a Video Conferencing Display unit that can be mounted on a wall, or on mounted on a stand.
- Large Telepresence Device (LTD) S04.01.01 - Dual video conferencing display units that are wall mounted.

Document Transfer System (S01.01.02)
The Document Transfer System (DTS) is a network of secure points seamlessly connecting Australian Government offices, Parliament House, and the offices of Premiers and Chief Ministers nationwide. DTS offers a 'digital safe hands' transfer service, ensuring the confidential exchange of paper documents rated up to and including SECRET classification.

- Secure Executive Phone – S01.01.03 - A digital phone attached to the facsimile device

Secure Executive Phone (S01.01.03)
A secure desk phone with audio-conferencing capabilities. The Executive Phone is suitable for single person use. As a voice only device, the Executive Phone is predominantly for point-to-point secure calls, but is capable of being connected to secure video conference meetings, as required.

Data Carriage – Government Communications Network (GCN) (S02.02.01)
The GCN Data Carriage service facilitates the transmission of data over a dedicated communication network to connect geographically diverse locations. The GCN Data Carriage service allows customers to transmit any other data up to and including UNCLASSIFIED level security classified information.
Features include:
- A metropolitan area network (MAN) that connects government offices around the ACT
- A wide area network (WAN) that can provide connectivity from Canberra to a number of interstate sites;
- Tailored access speeds across the WAN to meet client requirements
- be responsible for their own data encryption
- establish routing connectivity between sites, and
- use their preferred IP addressing schematics

- Unmanaged Data Carriage
- End to end connectivity via GCN underlay network.
- Agencies will be required to provide their own networking equipment which will connect to SC’s customer edge (CE) at the common hand-off location (head-end) and remote site (site end).
- Bandwidth options from 10Mbps.
- Managed Data Carriage
- End to end connectivity via GCN underlay network, including SC owned networking equipment to serve the remote site.
- Agency end devices connect into SC equipment at remote sites (site end).
- SC will be required to connect back to Agency’s infrastructure at the common hand-off location (head end).
- Bandwidth options from 10Mbps.
