Claims Management

Comcover's claims management services ensure that a co-ordinated and uniform approach is taken to the management of claims against the Australian Government. In order to provide these services, Comcover has a number of outsourced arrangements with service providers including legal, motor vehicle repairers and claims management specialists.

Claims are managed by 'sector' specialists within Comcover, for example, motor vehicle versus property versus travel. All details are tracked in Comcover's online claims management system, the Comcover Portal.

Comcover Dispute Resolution

You must notify Comcover of the nature and circumstances of the dispute and your expectations for resolution of the dispute in writing.
