Government agencies looking to purchase systems or solutions to manage back-office services can use the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) category on the BuyICT’s Software Marketplace panel. This category offers one product class and 8 related services from approved sellers:
- Research and design services
- Project and change management services
- Business analysis and process optimisation services
- Application software development services
- Cybersecurity services
- Solutions implementation, integration, and testing services
- Data analytics and business intelligence services
- Training, learning and development services
It is a mandatory requirement for all non-corporate Commonwealth entities (NCEs) to source their ERP products from category 3 on the Software Marketplace panel. Existing contracts are not affected.
All other federal, state and territory governments may opt-in to use this category.
The new category can be accessed on BuyICT.gov.au.
