We are pleased to announce that Tranche 2 of the Commonwealth ClauseBank is now live and the expanded ClauseBank is available.
ClauseBank provides you with a range of optional clauses that can be used in higher value contracts. The clauses will encourage greater consistency in Government contracts, making it easier for procurement officers and suppliers alike.
We published the first set of clauses in July 2018, and late last year, we asked you to give us your views on a second tranche of draft clauses. Thank you to everyone who responded to our call for feedback. We’ve now reviewed your contributions and incorporated suggestions from a wide range of stakeholders from across the private and public sectors.
