Property Services Coordinated Procurement

The first iteration of contracts under the Property Services Coordinated Procurement Arrangements (the Arrangements) expire on 30 June 2025. The second iteration of contracts under the Arrangements has been executed and transition will occur during the first half of 2025.

The PSPs regularly undertake procurements to engage vendors to deliver downstream services; including providing opportunities to Indigenous and Small and Medium Enterprises to engage in fair competition for Australian Government business. Suppliers can register their interest in subcontracting opportunities via the PSPs, and forward their queries through the links below:

The PSPs can provide a range of non-mandatory services, known as the additional services, through the Arrangements. As these services are non-exclusive, non corporate Commonwealth entities may purchase these services from any PSP or approach the market to directly engage providers that are not part of the Arrangements. Non-corporate Commonwealth entities may advertise procurements through AusTender.
