Ms Jenny Wilkinson PSM, Secretary of the Department of Finance commissioned a review of the inadvertent data release of MAS Panel details by Mr Michael Manthorpe PSM, former Commonwealth Ombudsman. Mr Manthorpe provided his report to the Department in April 2024.
The Department accepted all Mr Manthorpe's recommendations.
The Department of Finance acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, water and community.
