Australian Government response to the Joint Committee of Public Accounts and Audit Report 441: Inquiry into Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 Rules Development

On 13 February 2014, the Joint Committee of Public Accounts and Audit (JCPAA) resolved to inquire into the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 Rules Development.  In its report (Report 441: Inquiry into Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 Rules Development the JCPAA made ten recommendations.  Finance has completed actions that respond to recommendations either through legislative change, amended guidance or continued engagement with stakeholders. 

The Government tabled its response to the JCPAA Report 441 on Thursday 25 September 2014.
