DXP Consulting is a research, policy and strategy consultancy specialising in providing clients with the insight and advice necessary to make better decisions.

Our mission is to inform and influence the design and reform of exceptional policies and strategies. Our motivation and passion is to make a difference.

We do this through the application of evidence-informed quality analysis, sound judgement and working tactically to positively influence outcomes. We work effectively at all points of the cycle from ideation through to evaluation.

While we are generalists, able to turn our heads and energies to a diverse range of issues, we have developed deep and specialist expertise in a range of areas. Education and skilled migration policies, and the labour market conditions and challenges of the professions, are key areas of specialisation. Other foci include gender equity, Indigenous opportunity and business strategy.

We value rigor, practicality and integrity. We are rigorous in the application of relevant data and insights to issues and opportunities. Our advice on how to design or reform policy and strategy is practical. Integrity is the foundation of all our relationships and actions.
