In Australia we have been successfully operating for over 20 years as leaders in research and evaluation, strategy and advisory, policy development and analysis, and program design, implementation and/or delivery support.
Our team includes researchers, evaluators, statisticians, epidemiologists, demographers, public health experts, advisers on equity and inclusion, economists, governance experts and more. We work across a range of sectors including health, education, environment and finance/economics.
Our two primary areas of practice are Australian domestic and international development with a focus on the Indo-Pacific region. In the Australian market we work for a range of Commonwealth Government Departments including Departments of Health and Aged Care, Social Services and Veterans Affairs. Additionally, we consult to State and Territory governments. Abt is a top tier supplier to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
We routinely partner with Indigenous organisations to deliver our First Nations work in Australia, focused on health, social and emotional wellbeing and the protection and safety of women and their children. Additionally, we have Indigenous partners on a range of our Pacific consultancies including PNG Women in Leadership.
