The JLL Public Sector Valuation (PSV) team delivers comprehensive asset valuation and advisory services to public sector entities. Our expertise encompasses financial reporting, insurance, asset modelling, acquisition, and disposal purposes across all major asset classes, including land, buildings, plant, equipment, machinery, infrastructure, and cultural and heritage collections.

Comprising over 15 professionals strategically located throughout Australia, our team structure includes a diverse range of roles: administration, graduate valuers, research analysts, modelling analysts, cost estimators, valuers, senior valuers, directors, and senior directors. This multifaceted composition is integral to our success in providing high-quality and reliable valuation advisory services.

Our team's breadth of experience and specialised skills enable us to offer tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of public sector entities. By leveraging our collective expertise, we ensure accurate valuations and strategic asset management advice that support informed decision-making and compliance with strict regulatory requirements.

The PSV team is committed to future planning, currently supporting four graduate valuers who are either participating in or about to begin our graduate program. Notably, three of our four graduate valuers are successful women.
