The following entities are defined in the Crimes Act as intelligence or security agencies:
Australian Security Intelligence Organisation
Australian Secret Intelligence Service
Office of National Assessments
the parts of the Defence Department known as the Australian Signals Directorate, the Defence Intelligence Organisation, and the Australian Geospatial-Intelligence Organisation.
The Department of Finance acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, water and community.
