Finance participates in the Australian Network on Disability (AND) Stepping Into Intern Program. The program is open to talented university students with disability who are in the second last or final year of their university degree.
The program provides a paid internship position for participants during their summer or winter university breaks for a minimum of 152 hours (4 weeks fulltime or equivalent).
