Public Works Policy
The Department of Finance and Deregulation develops and co-ordinates policies related to public works undertaken by Commonwealth agencies. This includes providing advice and support to the Minister on relevant issues, and representing the Commonwealth on the Australian Procurement and Construction Council (APCC) and other activities.
