Successive responsible Ministers have made procedural rules, determinations and related documents to assist the administration of Parliamentary entitlements. These documents have been made under the authority provided by the relevant Remuneration Tribunal Determinations and the Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984 (MOP(S) Act).
