Public Private Partnerships: Business Case Development - FMG 17

The aim of this guide is to provide practical advice on the steps involved in compiling a business case for a Public Private Partnerships (PPP) project in line with the Australian Government Policy Principles for the Use of Public Private Partnerships (the PPP Principles). The PPP Principles apply to all Australian Government agencies subject to the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997  (FMA Act agencies).
Corrigenda Published April 2008
The corrigenda reflects the change in threshold for mandatory PPP consideration from $100 million whole-of-life costs to $100 million capital costs. It also includes changes to the suitability checklists
