Transitional Arrangements
Once a scoping study has been initiated, FMA agencies should:
- provide Finance with details of existing arrangements the subject of the proposed coordinated procurement, such a details of the value and duration. Finance will provide advice on how to do this;
- review these arrangements to determine whether they cover the period (for scoping study and tendering processes) up to the anticipated commencement of a coordinated arrangement;
- determine whether they can extend existing arrangements or enter into new arrangements; and
- if required, contact Finance for assistance particularly with use of the CPGs to meet your agency's requirements to cover interim periods.
