Heritage Environment and Sustainability Services Panel (2012-2017)

The Heritage, Environment and Sustainability Services (HESS) Panel was established by the Department of Finance in 2012 to meet its legislative obligations and due diligence requirements for its property portfolio.

The HESS Panel members have been selected following a rigorous two stage process to provide access to high quality advice and services to meet statutory obligations under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, National Environmental Protection Measures (Implementation) Act 1998 and the Energy Efficiency in Government Operations policy objectives.

The Deed of Standing Offer for 22 HESS Panelists has been extended until 30 June 2017.

The HESS Panel includes five service categories, including:
