Hi all,

The Minister for Finance has announced that a new panel has been established to provide Major Office Machines (MOMs) products and services for the Australian Government under both purchase and lease contractual arrangements (SON3390763). The new arrangement has an initial term of four years and consists of four MOMs providers who provide a broad range of MOMs products and services including Network Printers, Multifunction Devices (MFDs), Scanners, Ancillary MOMs Products and MOMs Optional Services.  The panellists are:

  • Fuji Xerox Australia Pty Limited
  • Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia Pty Ltd
  • Kyocera Document Solutions Australia Pty Ltd
  • Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd

The MOMs Panel has taken into consideration the differing needs of departments and agencies and provides more flexibility for departments and agencies to specify their own requirements.  It also has the facility for third party ICT providers that have been contracted by a department or agency to provide its ICT services to enter into a contract for MOMs Products and Services on behalf of that department or agency (subject to agreement in writing from Finance and that department or agency).

Further information about the arrangement can be found in the Minister’s media release.

Regards

John
