Finance recently finalised negotiations for a new non-SES Collective Agreement (CA), the Department of Finance and Deregulation Collective Agreement 2009-2011 (CA) [
537 KB] commenced operation on Thursday, 16 July 2009. Terms and conditions for non-SES employees are set out in the CA.
Existing Conditions
Finance employees who were engaged prior to 14 January 2008 may be employed under an Australian Workplace Agreement (AWA) framework.
